Web server is server software that functions accept HTTP or HTTPS requests from clients, known as a web browser and sends the results back in the form of web pages are typically in the form of an HTML document. While the portable application is a computer software that can be carried in portable equipment (for example: USB flash drive) and can be used on any computer without the need to go through the installation process first.

Using portable web server software has several advantages including:
- Can be moved from one PC to another PC without having to do a reinstallation.

Please note: do not check the SVC, as this will run the server as a Windows service, so can not run portable applications. After you click start Apache and MySQL click the Admin button to open the XAMPP default admin page running from your local web server or you can view it by typing http://localhost/ or http://127.0.0.1/ on your browser Address bar.

Language options will open up to you select the language on this menu to select the language. Click Navigation menu and then click Status, to see what information works and what does not work. Click on phpMyAdmin for MySQL Localhost to show settings, you can also access “phpMyAdmin” through the Address bar on your browser or http://127.0.0.1/phpmyadmin/ http://localhost/phpmyadmin/. Now you can add your web pages on the file “xampplight htdocs folder ” on a USB flash drive.
